Over the years I have paid a few visits to the school community of St Paul's, in Bridgewater, on the fringes of Hobart in beautiful Tasmania. I've always loved their inspirational motto from Ephesians 2:10: “We are God's work of art, created in Christ Jesus to live the good life, as from the beginning God had meant us to live it." It's what I call a "living motto", one that is part of the everyday culture of St Paul's.

On my last visit to St Paul's in October, 2024, I spoke with Kate Turner, the Deputy Principal about their motto and she gave me some documents to work with. That night, I wrote the song! The choir features students from Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, and importantly, two students from St Paul's. In fact the lead vocalist is a Year 4 student, Abbie Pearson.

Bernadette and I came up with the concept for the video- the children of St Paul's working together, to create a work of art. Under the direction of their music teacher, Megan Dimsey, they created this beautiful clip!
