Life To The Full by Andrew Chinn, featuring students from St John's, Campbelltown, NSW (John 10:10, peace, joy)

A reflection on John 10:10, “I have come that you may have life, life in all its fullness”, the key scripture of St John the Evangelist School, Campbelltown, in Sydney’s south west.

I was a little early on the day I came to write the song so while I waited in the foyer I studied their banner which featured a new interpretation of their motto. There are many things I loved about Pope Francis and if there are two Gospel values that I most associate with him, they are peace and joy. He often reminded us to be people of joy.

This song is a reminder that we are called to share the peace and joy of the risen Jesus with others in our lives. The idea of walking lends itself to a recessional, taking peace and joy to the world.
